My name is Rita, and I’m an italian grandmother

Born in a little town outside Rome, Rocca di Papa,

A jewel sorrounded by a beautiful hilly countryside and small lakes.

There my passion for the traditional italian cuisine was born at a very young age!

Years later, my husband and I decided to pursue our “American Dream”,

But I never abandoned my origins and I jealously kept in my heart all my family recipes

So that one day I could share with you the unique flavors of the italian cuisine

And the healthy benefits of the Mediterranean Diet.
