You can pick-up your order at our premises in Thousand Oaks, anytime between 10:00 a.m. <\/strong>and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pick-up deadline for Saturday is 5 pm. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pick-up orders on Sunday have to be scheduled in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

DELIVERY SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our delivery staff will set-up buffet display and return after your event or next <\/strong>day to pick-up the equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

BUFFET SERVICE AND STATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our service staff will set-up a buffet display or stations and\u00a0<\/strong>replenish food and beverage while attending to guests and bussing tables.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some stations require an Action Chef for an additional charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SEATED SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our service staff will set tables and maintain guests refreshments, serving\u00a0<\/strong>each course to guests and bussing tables of all china.<\/strong><\/p>\n

THE ITALIAN CONCEPT<\/strong><\/p>\n

This unique kind of service mixes buffet style appetizers, followed by a seated dinner <\/strong>and to conclude, a dessert buffet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Less casual that a purely buffet dinner but not quite as formal as a full seated meal. <\/strong>It\u2019s perfect for making longer duration events, such a wedding, more dynamic.<\/strong><\/p>\n
